QA/QC Introduction

Our company has a total of 30 QC personnel composing of engineers, technicians and production staff who are well-trained to perform QC inspection. All QC procedures are done in-house, with the help of our independent laboratory. Each step in the mold making process, from choosing raw materials to product installation, is strictly controlled. Each mold has to go through stringent inspection and tests to ensure that all molds and products are of excellent quality, in good conditions and function well.
